For over a decade, Town Square has been bringing Halloween fun to the families of North Brooklyn with our Halloween Parade & Party. Costumed kids and kids-at-heart march down Manahattan Avenue and back to the starting point for a spooktacular party! Arts & crafts, contests, games and yummy munchies. This event is now a seasonal highlight for North Brooklyn families.

Calling all goblins and witches, princes and princesses, super heroes and villains! Town Square's 20th Annual Greenpoint Children's Halloween Parade and Spooktacular Party are on Sunday, October 27th, 2024.
The FREE Greenpoint Children's Halloween costumed parade will step off at 12 Noon in McCarren Park (Manhattan Avenue and Driggs Avenue) in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Costumed kids of all ages will march north on Manhattan Avenue to Greenpoint Avenue, turn around, and head back to the park.
The TICKETED Spooktacular Party will be held indoors at Hide & Seek, located at 593 Manhattan Avenue, with timed 50-minute sessions at 10 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM & 2 PM. You'll pick the entry time of your choice when purchasing your ticket. Arts and crafts, live music, movie, candy! Don't be surprised when we shoo you out 10 minutes before the next hour to make room for the next set of little party-goers.
Parade is FREE to join. Spooktacular Party costs $20 online each and $30 at the door. The party is indoors; the parade is outdoors, RAIN or SHINE.
Buy your tickets now and avoid long lines! Proceeds benefit Town Square BK Scouts, a North Brooklyn nonprofit, that offers family and green programs and sponsors 2 local Greenpoint/Williamsburg scout units: Pack 7 (Coed) and Troop 26 (Boys).

Do I need a ticket to march in the parade? ANSWER: NO, just join the fun! Jump in any point during the parade!

Do I need a costume to march in the parade? ANSWER: NO, but it'll be more fun! We get super-hero families, "royal" families, "foxy" families - you get the drift.

What time does the parade start? ANSWER: We'll step off around 1 PM.

What is the parade route? ANSWER: We'll start in McCarren Park (Driggs Ave & Manhattan Ave), march north on Manhattan Avenue to Greenpoint Avenue, turn around, and head back to the park.

What is the Party like? ANSWER: Loads of spooktacular fun! Arts/crafts, games, music!!

What is the age group? ANSWER: Ages up to 8 years old for the Party.

Do I need a ticket to go to the party? ANSWER: YES for all kids (including infants because we are capacity constrained). Tickets are $20 advance online for each child or infant ($30 on the event day and at the door). Each family can bring 2 adults for a $10 special Parents ticket ($15 on the event day and at the door). All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All other additional adults must have a regular $20 Adult ticket.

Can I get a refund? ANSWER: YES until 15 days before the event. No refunds will be provided afterwards.
