• Do I need a ticket to come to Pumpkin Day? ANSWER: YES. Everyone will need a ticket to enter the pumpkin patch. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  Children (babies too!) will need a Pumpkin ticket. We have special $5 tickets for each family for mom and dad.

• Do infants need a ticket to enter the party? ANSWER: YES, all children need a ticket. Also, babies love pumpkins too! And you will love the adorable photos and memories. 

​

• Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?  ANSWER: YES. Every child must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

​

• Can mom or dad transfer their ticket to someone else?  ANSWER: YES.  If mom or dad can't come and would like to give them to grandma, grandpa, or another adult family member or friend, that's totally fine. 
   

• Who gets a pumpkin? ANSWER: The children's Pumpkin ticket gets a pumpkin. Mommy and daddy ticket holders do not get a pumpkin. However, a regularly priced adult ticket ($20 advance and $30 regular) will get a pumpkin.
   

• Will there be other activities at Pumpkin Day?   ANSWER: YES, there'll be fun music to dance to, fall crafts to enjoy and fall photo ops to create priceless memories. We may have face painting and refreshments at extra charge. 
   

• Do I have to choose a specific hour?  ANSWER: YES, you will be asked to select your time when you get your ticket. This is so that we can help maintain the number of people entering the pumpkin patch - so important during these challenging Covid times.  
   

• Can I stay beyond my selected hour?  ANSWER: NOT in the pumpkin patch. But you are welcome to stay outside the pumpkin patch at the Greenpoint Terminal Market.
   

• What happens if it rains?  ANSWER: We have a rain date planned for the very next day: Sunday, October 18th.

• Do I need to stay socially distanced and wear a mask? ANSWER: YES, these are difficult COVID-times and we must all do our part. We do understand if you want to take pictures of your adorable little ones without their masks; however, we ask that you do so ONLY if your party is at least 6 feet away from other people. We take your safety and our safety very seriously.

• Can I buy Pumpkin tickets at the event?  ANSWER: YES but it will cost $30 if tickets are still available.  So get your tickets now and save $10!

​

• Can I get a refund?  ANSWER: YES until 30 days before the event. No refunds will be provided after that date.
